Description

Brook House is an historical building located in Park Lane, in the exclusive area of Mayfair in London built in 1870. The building is in front of the beautiful Hide Park and Marble Arch, one of the most iconic monuments of London. In 1998 the property decided demolish the existing building and to build a new one. We dealed with the local architecture studio Michael Squires & Partners and the contractor Higgs and Hill to achive the actual spect of the building.

Most of the luxury apartments were bought by clients from Middle-East countries, and, due to our long experience in the high-level residence interior decoration in that area, our role was to study the complete layouts of these apartments. This job produced a new study of all the facades finally approved by the Royal Commitee of London municipality. After the layout confirmation we developed the interior decoration project and furniture supply of the Entry level, the 3rd, the 4th and 5th apartements floors and of the two penthouses at the 7th and 8th floor.
