2002Private residential villas complex on the Greek costa of the Ionian sea
Description
This project has a specific planning due to the significant slope of the land. The weak soil composition did not allow to build a unique villa. For this reason we broke it up in different small building, divided by their function, in order to minimize the weight over the foundations.
Just after the entrance of the property there is the living, and dining villa. On the side of it, the owner villa wit the bedroom area. There are other three indpendant villas for the other family members / guests. All the villas are connected by a twisting road, going down to the sea level where take place a litte marina.
